Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer returns/exchanges on our pieces due to health and hygiene purposes. We inspect all items before sending out to ensure that items are not defective.
In the case of an event where a piece has arrived damaged or defective due to shipping, you have 7 days from delivery to report the item as damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with it’s tags and original packaging.
To return the damaged item, email us at email@example.com with an image of the item, details of the damage, and your receipt or proof of purchase. You may be asked to return the item for further inspection. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping. Upon inspection, if the item is deemed as damaged, you will receive a full refund in the original form of payment.
Refunds from a damaged item can take up to 3-7 business days.
